Compare yourself to who you were yesterday and aim to be a little bit better today: incremental improvement is attainable and unstoppable. How could you conceive of your life so that if you had that life it would be clearly be worth living and you wouldn’t have to be bitter, resentful, deceitful, arrogant and vengeful.
