For those of you that think staff turnover doesn’t matter. If a restaurant had a sign “Chef needed urgently!” would you go in?
If your level of staff turnover is greather than 15% you are unlikely to be change ready as you are spending too much time & money on recruitment, being sidetracked by vacancies & recruitment costs, overworking, messaging & communicating, blaming the leavers and the market.
